TASTING NOTES
Over twenty-five different wines comprise this blend of 100% high-quality Willamette Valley Pinot Noir aged in small French oak barrels for 9-10 months.
The nose evokes plums, framboise syrup, dried cherries, tamari sauce and campfire smoke. The readily-apparent tannins are consistent with moderate extraction and balanced by the pretty aromatics and a hint of peat and irish moss. Great focus and unapologetic purity.
